Fernanda Azucena is the Enrollment Coordinator for the Health Plan.
Lena Bloom is the Outreach and Enrollment Manager for the Health Plan. In this position, she is responsible for getting the word out about the Healthy Howard Plan and helping members to navigate the enrollment process. She received her bachelor's degree in Spanish and Economics from the University of Michigan and her Master of Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. Prior to coming to Healthy Howard, Lena was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana, West Africa, where she worked as a health educator for the Carter Center. As a student at Hopkins, she worked with the Bureau of STD and HIV Prevention at the Baltimore City Health Department to analyze a new HIV Testing initiative. Lena is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and she loves running, cycling, playing with her dog and, most of all, eating delicious food.

Linda Bolt is the Intensive Health Coach for the Healthy Howard Health Plan. Linda partners with Healthy Howard members who have existing health conditions and provides them with health coaching and supports self-management skills. She is a registered nurse, Intrinsic Coach®, Certified Diabetes Educator, Case Manager, and Managed Healthcare Professional. In her early career, Linda worked as a registered nurse in a variety of settings including: intensive care, medical and surgical units, health program development, and in physician practices. For the past nine years, Linda was a health educator and disease/case manager for a Pennsylvania health insurance provider. "When I view my future as a nurse and health coach, what matters most to me is making a difference in the lives of others and promoting health and wellness, not only for individuals but also for communities and nations." Linda is employed with Johns Hopkins HealthCare, LLC, which is also providing enrollment, premium billing, claims processing, customer service, and health risk assessment services for the Healthy Howard Access Plan.
Josh Curtis is the Deputy Director for the Health Plan. He manages the operational aspects of the organization. Josh was raised in Mississippi and moved to New York City after high school to pursue a career in theater. After a few successful years in the business, he decided to transition to a different career path. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. His long-held belief that health care is a fundamental human right motivates his commitment to the organization.

Liddy Garcia-Bunuel is the Executive Director of Healthy Howard, Inc., the non-profit organization that administers the Healthy Howard Health Plan.
Her passion with health access began in Seattle where she managed both a Seattle/King County and statewide campaign to ensure that all children had access to care. Receiving both hospital community benefit dollars and various grants, including the Robert Wood Johnson Covering Kids grant, the campaign identified and enrolled thousands of uninsured kids.
Her other experiences include academic research at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, training and coordinating lay health care workers in El Salvador, and maternal child health and HIV in the Chicago Metropolitan Area. She currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband and two sons.
Christine Grillo, M.Sc. is a Health Coach with the Healthy Howard Health Plan. She is a Medical Herbalist and, prior to joining Healthy Howard, was in private practice in the Baltimore area for five years. Christine has taught workshops in the Fundamentals of Natural Healing, Mindful Eating, the Healing Power of Herbs, and Discovering Your Vitality. She holds a master's degree in Herbal Medicine from the Tai Sophia Institute, and a bachelor's degree in Communications and Human Development from Syracuse University in New York.

Christine Hall is the Program Manager for the Health Plan.She received her bachelors degree in Nutrition from the University of Florida and earned her Master's in Public Health at Drexel University. Prior to Healthy Howard, Christine was the Program Manager for the Steps to a Healthier Philadelphia Initiative, supervising and providing technical assistance for five Major Grantee and thirteen Mini Grantee organizations in their delivery of chronic disease prevention programs. In addition to her experience as a Nutrition Educator for the School District of Philadelphia, her most significant role was assisting and educating communities in their adcocacy efforts for Philadelphia's restaraunt Trans Fat Ban and Menu-Label City Council bills. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist, and continues to advocate for policies that improve communities' eating and physical activity environments.
Glenda Johnson is the Enrollment Specialist for the Plan. She has several years of administrative experience in the life and health insurance industry. She attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County and the Baltimore City Community College. Glenda enjoys teaching group fitness classes. She holds her group fitness instructor certification with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and personal trainer certification with the American Aerobic Association International & Sports Medicine Association( AAAI/ISMA).

Maureen Pike, RN, MPH is the Lead Health Coach for the Healthy Howard Health Plan. In addition to developing and managing the coaching program, she meets with individual members to help guide and support them toward meaningful health improvement goals. Maureen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Kent State University in Kent, OH, and worked in coronary and medical intensive care units in Akron, OH and Seattle, WA. After observing the roadblocks to well-being posed by our healthcare system and common lifestyle choices, she decided to shift from the clinical setting to a career in public health, earning a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and completing a health policy internship at the Maryland Department of Mental Health and Hygiene before joining the Healthy Howard Access Plan team.

Young-Rok Shin, M.D. is a Health Coach and the Korean Outreach Coordinator for Healthy Howard. A recent transplant from the New York City region, he did a clinical internship in Internal Medicine at Washington Hospital Center and then spent a year as a medical researcher in the division of Nuclear Medicine at the same institution before switching his focus to the field of public health.
Dr. Shin received his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and his Medical Doctorate from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, NY.

Jennifer Treger is a Health Coach with the Healthy Howard Health Plan. She brings to Healthy Howard over 15 years of experience in Health Education. She began her career here in Howard County as an AIDS educator working with various populations to educate them about HIV prevention. She then taught Health in the Harford County Public Schools, and then moved on to work at University of Maryland College Park to coordinate a Wellness Center for the campus. She also worked with Howard Community College to help them develop their current student wellness program. Her position prior to coming to Healthy Howard was working in the Jewish Community in Baltimore coordinating a program for teenage girls to help them with healthy development. She has her undergraduate degree in Health Education from University of Maryland, College Park and her Master's degree in Community Health Education from Towson State University.
Yasmin Viera is the Care Coordinator for the Health Plan. As Care Coordinator, Yasmin meets with members to ensure that they receive the required care specified by the primary care providers. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park. While attending school, Yasmin interned/volunteered with Shepherd Pratt Health System in the Trauma Disorders Unit. She became aware of the lack of Healthcare coverage for mental health and before joining the Healthy Howard team, Yasmin devoted the past year to helping individuals with mental health disabilities acquire benefits and services that they were entitled to, as well as assisting them in reentering society as a functioning individual. As the product of a military family upbringing, Yasmin had the privelege of living in many different countries and spent most of her childhood years in Europe. This gave her a deep understanding of different cultures and the ability to work people of all different backgrounds.
Faith Wildesen is a Health Coach with the Healthy Howard Health Plan. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Wellness Counselor from the American Fitness Professional Associates. She holds a Master's Degree in Instructional Systems Design and Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and is pursuing her Doctorate in Natural Health and Nutrition at Clayton College of Natural Health.
Faith's passion and mission are to help promote and support a healthy lifestyle within the community. She believes that healthy individuals make for a productive and healthy community. She is committed to assisting people in their pursuit of health and fitness. Faith is dedicated to providing her clients with up to date, relevant information on fitness, nutrition and wellness. The uniquely designed programs are designed with the individual in mind. Since there is not one way of making a lifestyle change, she coaches people to set attainable goals for themselves as individuals.
