Your Prescription Drugs
Your Care Coordinator has several ways to help you find free or reduced price prescription drugs:
- First, your care coordinator will find out whether your prescription is available as a low-cost generic drug at a local pharmacy.
- Second, your care coordinator will find out if you qualify for a Pharmaceutical Assistance Plan (PAP). These PAPs are programs run by pharmaceutical companies to provide their drugs at a low cost for certain patients.
- Finally, if you need a brand-name drug and are not eligible for a PAP, your care coordinator may be able to help you obtain a special reduced price for your drug through the Chase Brexton pharmacy.
